Business Skills: Prepare a Business Plan

This course is part of a larger curriculum that aims to encompass larger body of knowledge related to Business Planning and Development. The first level is a Startup Business with proper analysis and planning with the focus on using MS Excel and MS Project. In this course, students will work closely with a tutor on general introduction to business methods and underlying principles of Financial planning. Students will develop the ability to translate these processes and comprehensive knowledge into Preparing Business Plans for own use or for Clients.

The objective of the unit is to explore principles and practices of Business Plans through the development of essential analytical skills. On completion of this course students should be able to:

• Understand basic principle of time planning;
• Learn Data Collection and Analysis;
• Prepare Business Plan Reports
