Connecting Education and Industry: IUS Life at Sarajevo Digital Marketing 2026

Representatives of IUS Life – the Center for Lifelong Learning attended Sarajevo Digital Marketing 2026 on October 9–10, joining industry experts, speakers and participants from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the wider region to explore developments shaping digital marketing.

As invited guests, IUS Life representatives took part in interactive workshops and attended presentations that offered opportunities to exchange ideas and connect with professionals from the industry. The event provided a setting for exploring how emerging technologies are changing marketing practices and the skills needed to keep pace with them.

Artificial intelligence featured prominently in the program, with sessions including “AI Is Not Just a Tool,” “AI as a Workflow,” and “Is an A(I)rmageddon Coming?” These discussions explored AI’s growing role in digital marketing, alongside other trends and innovations influencing the field.

IUS students also contributed to the event as volunteers. Hanah Spiljak, Nejra Šunj, Nikola Cvjetinović and Hamza Kurtović supported its delivery with enthusiasm and dedication. Their involvement offered an opportunity to gain experience in a professional setting while contributing to an event connecting people from across the industry.

IUS Life extends its sincere thanks to the student volunteers for their valuable support and to Anel Čiplaković, founder of Sarajevo Digital Marketing, for the kind invitation.

Participation reflects IUS Life’s commitment to connecting education with industry and encouraging lifelong learning. Opportunities such as this help maintain a dialogue between educators and practitioners, bringing new perspectives on the knowledge and skills needed in a changing digital environment.
