IUS Psychology Department is organising "Mindfulness Therapy Introductory Course."
This course will offer participants an insight into the basics of mindfulness meditation.
We will explore the fundamentals of mindfulness- mindfulness of the breath, of the body, of emotions and thoughts.
We will also explore the RAIN technique, as a way to deal with difficult emotions (fear, anger, sadness...).
We will explore Walking meditation and mindful movement practices.
